  • How much notice is needed when placing a custom order?
    Ideally a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for large items A0/A1 to ensure work can be schedualed in and details for the design are fully up to date. However last minute orders are accepted, subject to season and availibility. For weddings and events you will not need to provide all the details until closer to the event, ie dates/names. On bespoke orders placed by email or phone, work will start as soon as the 50% deposit has been made. Orders will not be dispatched untill payment has been made in full. To ensure clients receive a design that suits them and their occasion perfectly, it is important that requests and ideas are as specific as possible. It is key that there is an understanding of what style/specifics are required for the design.
  • Will I be able to preview my order?
    Before work begins, a preview design will be available on request. Photographs are also available on request to ensure the finished product is exactly as imagined. Therefore allowing for any alterations that need to be made.
  • Collection, Delivery & Postage"
    Collection is available on all pieces. Items can be hand delivered to your venue or home. Please provide details for delivery (subject to radius, delivery charges will be stated within quotation). ​Postage is not included in the generic price list/shop. However with all bespoke custom enquiries postage will be included in the quotation if requested. When posted all items are carefully wrapped to prevent any damage.
  • How much do you charge?
    Prices vary depending on design, size of items, onsite work, wedding packages etc. Please email Sarah and be sure to provide dimentions for desired signage, date required, any ideas or inspiration you may have. This makes the process much easier and allows for an acurate quote.
  • Have an item already? Would like it signwritten/designed? No problem!
    If you have purchased items for a wedding or business already it can certainly be signwritten! Ranging from Chalkboards, Acrylic, Paper, Mirror, Wood, almost any material can be drawn on...just send Sarah an email with your requirments.
  • Will the signage be suitable for use outside?
    All artwork can be treated on completion with acrylic lacqure to ensure weatherproof for outside displays. This applies to chalkboards and wooden signage.
  • Do you offer on site signage, including venue boards?"
    Yes, whether you are a business owner or are having your wedding/special event at a venue, on site signage is available on request!
  • Do you offer hired signage for weddings and events?
    Yes, please email Sarah requesting desired hired signage. Prices will be provided upon enquiry. Please note: A private hire page will be coming soon!
